Savannah Sutton

Mutli-Talented

Savannah is a pianist, vocalist, and clarinetist from Columbus, OH. Though she attended university to obtain her Music Business degree with dreams of working behind the scenes of music production, she never lost her love for playing and teaching. After seeing Phantom of the Opera at the age of 9 on the stage and being exposed to animated musical powerhouses like The Lion King and The Prince of Egypt, Savannah knew a life of musicality was for her.

During her time as a musician in Ohio, Savannah performed in a variety of productions from wind ensembles to solo performances, including marching band as the Woodwind Section Leader, musical theatre, and congregational orchestra. She spent years in the orchestra pit for shows such as Peter Pan, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Les Misérables, & Fiddler on the Roof. Savannah travelled as a vocalist with her university choir, performing both nationally and internationally. Her favorite venues being Nashville, TN, Charlotte, NC, New Orleans, LA, and (oddly enough) Savannah, GA. But nothing tops the performances she had the pleasure of giving in the Cologne Cathedral in Cologne, Germany, immediately followed by another performance in Berlin.

After moving to Cedar Rapids to be closer to family, Savannah is beyond excited to re-establish her studio after Covid put her endeavors on hold. She hopes to pass along her knowledge and bring the joy she’s gained from music to aspiring, young performers.
