Free First Meeting
Your first meeting with your desired instructor is free. Free. No obligation. No pressure. No money up-front with some shady refund guarantee. We’re confident that fp Music Academy is right for you, but you are welcome to check us out and be sure of that for yourself.
Note that this first meeting does not have to be at your preferred lesson time!
Please be aware that your teacher has other commitments that may conflict with your best desired lesson times. It is best to discuss lesson scheduling with your teacher during your first meeting to make sure that their availability matches yours.
Enroll
If you like what you see at your free first meeting, then it’s time to enroll! We gather your contact information and a media release (which is good for not only occasional recordings but also for recorded recitals), and a one-time enrollment fee.
Order Your Lessons
Once you’ve enrolled, it’s time to order some lessons! You should think ahead to when you can attend lessons and how often.
You can keep ordering lessons for as long as you would like to continue. We’ve had students do this for over seven years!
Typically, people start by ordering 1 to 4 half-hour lessons per week. As you progress, you may find that you prefer lessons more often than once a week, or to take lessons once every two weeks, or to take longer lessons each time. We can easily adjust to your preferences and your growing abilities!
Set Up Your Schedule
We are not a subscription! You are in control of your finances, and when and how often you come to us for lessons.
Together with you, we put each lesson on the calendar individually. You can pick the same day and time each week, or change it around as you need to.
Flexibility is key. With us, you can easily switch lesson days, lesson times, and lesson duration, just by talking with your teacher. Rescheduling is always free, and if your personal schedule changes, we can change with you!
